How do I measure the length of my body jewelry?

Length of Piercing

The length of body jewelry is measured from the bottom to the top of the barbell; in other words length refers to the length of the part that goes through your piercing.

Diameter of Piercing

For circular or round jewelry such as hoops, rings, captives, horseshoe barbells, etc. we measure the inner diameter at the widest point of the piece, as seen in the image .
